Ka Lima’s grounds and custodial services constitute the agency’s largest department, providing training and employment for over 65 adults with disabilities. We have seventeen work crews out daily, 365 days a year at over 80 locations. Some start as early as 3 a, m. and others work until 5 p.m. They serve Central, South, West and Upcountry Maui.
Our biggest contract with the County of Maui requires daily services to many of Maui’s most popular beach parks and swimming pools as well as to fire and police stations. We also proudly serve federal and state facilities such as TSA at the airport and Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs office. Finally, we also provide services to many private businesses across the island from Iao Parkside in Wailuku to Maui Ku’ia Estate Chocolate in Lahaina
